    Recipe #180580

this is a bit fiddly cos i made it up as i went along... but it was wonderful & i just had to share it with everyone. basic ingredients most have in their store. this can be served as a seafood starter or hearty main meal (on its own, even!)

Tasty fruity savoury rice salad. Ideal accompaniment for barbecued, grilled or baked meats & fish. My mum used to make this salad back home in Cape Town, South Africa when we had our braais (bbqs) & it was my favourite salad, crunchy & fruity but definitely savoury. yummy mummy!
