    Very elegant, but soooo easy. Very good light dessert after a substantial meal. The water clinging to the grapes and the brown sugar make a sauce, and the added flavors of the sour cream and nutmeg make a yummy dessert. I have a collection of bouillon soup cups and saucers that I use for this dessert as well as mousses, sherberts, etc.

    This is really good chili, but it's quick and easy. Just act like you have been in the kitchen all day! My husband has high blood pressure so I don't usually add salt during the cooking process, letting people add salt to their own taste at the table. For a low fat entree, use the ground turkey. This is a great meal on a cold winter's night with a salad and some cornbread.

    These are very flavorful, and are equally good with a comparable amount of cooked shrimp or canned king crab instead of the salmon. Back in the dark ages when I was in high school, my Home Economics teacher said that the salmon bones were a good source of calcium so I use them too. These patties are healthy also; no added salt and made with a healthy oil. Add mashed potatoes and English peas for a great comfort meal.

    These are a little bit of a twist on the traditional but sooo good that even my Gran would approve. And the pot liquid ("likker" to all you "Suthenuhs")is fabulous over hot cornbread! It is actually loaded with vitamins--try it, I promise you'll like it. I use the already cleaned and washed collards in a bag that are just like the already washed salad greens. They are in the fresh vegetable department.
