I only had a few meyer lemons from my first crop, and I wanted to make the best marmalade. I found this recipe on Simple Recipes and I certainly got the best tasting marmalade I ever tasted. The mixture of the lemon/orange taste really makes this different than the straight orange. Here is the site to review for the pictures, the complete recipe is here without the pictures. http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/meyer_lemon_marmalade This recipe calls for Meyer lemons, a hybrid of a regular lemon and an orange, that is thinner skinned and sweeter than a regular lemon. You cannot substitute regular lemons for Meyer lemons in this recipe. I followed the recipe, and it came out perfect.

We had random mold spots in the shower on and off forever until I finally found a way to eliminate it forever. Once a week, and no more mold, forever!. Here is a list of the once opened and never used again cleaners.Tilex, CLR Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaner, ZEP Grout Cleaner, OXI Clean, Arm&Hammer Clean Shower, KABoom, Comet-liquid and powder.

I am a Wick Fowler chili head, but after I made these enchiladas tonight with my left over chile, I am now a Wick Fowler enchilada head too. You normally get those watered down enchiladas, but these are different. These are awesome with the thicker chili, cheese and additional onion. Make the chili the day before, then reheat the chili in the microwave a little the day you make the enchiladas so it spoons easily and go for a real treat and keeper. My favorite enchilada recipe was just replaced with this one tonight!

For us lovers of a mixture of sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms you don't need a description, you can taste it by just closing you eyes and thinking about it. You know what you are going to enjoy one more time.

    Recipe #368762

This is an easy, quick, tasty throw in the oven for an hour when you come home from work for everyone to enjoy. The chicken has to marinate over night for best results, but a case of forgetfulness won't hurt this meal at all.

    Recipe #368311

If you like to dip your boiled shrimp into a sauce, this should do it.

If you want the best, ya gotta go with the best. Start with a good base line, then doctor the recipe the way you like it. I believe once a wheel is invented, roll it. You may want to adjust some spokes or change some, but the wheel is already invented, so go with the winner and roll with it! Here's da creole, cajun cook man..he has been doing this a long time, and doesn't mind sharing what comes out the best. This recipe is his, and here is his site to check out da rest.. and to buy his seasonings that you need http://www.frankdavis.com. I reduced his original recipe for 20 pounds of shrimp down to 5 pounds. This came out perfect for everyone! The only other thing I can say is to get out your CD of Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys - Bon Reve - crank it up and "Laissez les Bon Temps Roulez" (Let the Good Times Roll) Appreciez mon ami!

    Recipe #367888

I love potato soup, and I love corn. I married the two one night, and now we live happier ever after! This is a good quick and easy after work filler upper. Eat it as is with crackers and butter, or make a grilled cheese sandwich, and you're good to go for another night.

    Recipe #365131

I have been making this recipe since 1969, so that's a pretty good track record, forty years. Follow the simple directions, buy the seasoning, and I think you will agree, these are the best pinto beans you ever ate. It's all in the seasoning! You must use Williams Pinto Beano spice. Purchase it here if you can't find it in your store: http://www.jeffersonimages.com/williams/WM_Index.htm I use only Bar-S Double Smoke bacon; any smoked ham will do. It's better the second day if anything is left, usually there isn't.

    Recipe #364465

We all want to brag and say, "this is the best chili" I ever ate; but after 50 plus years of trying and searching different chili recipes this is the best I found for me. Try this first before adding "all" of the packets supplied and then add the "hot" for your own taste.. Don't use the RED PEPPER the first time, I like to use an extra onion, bell pepper, and a can of diced tomatos drained. This is at the bottom of the directions. After you go down this road the first time, heat it up to your likes the next time, but at least this way you have a base line to work from, I'm still on the base line. Try it, see what you think.
