This recipe is for a 2 pound zojirushi bread machine. It's a pretty robust recipe, I've swapped a few of the ingredient (like apples for carrots, or hemp/chia for flax) at times and the results are usually very good. The end result will be a heavy bread...probably closer to 3 pounds. Easy to cut into thinner pieces.
Got tired of paying for protein bars so I modified a muffin recipe to give me the protein I'm looking for without the cost. This is a pretty flexible recipe. I've used 2 medium/large apples instead of carrots, and sometimes I'll use all bran or hemp instead of flax or quinoa.
