I had wanted to make Indian Butter Chicken when I was tight on shopping time and discovered that my supermarket didn't have the necessary ingredients. And so I invented my own kind of chicken!

    Recipe #391823

I learnt to make this dish when I went vegetarian in junior high school. Today I suddenly had the urge to make it again for my boyfriend who loves Italian food. An interesting alternative to lasagne.

This recipe was invented as I cooked lunch for my boyfriend before a soccer match.

    Recipe #379529

Put a twist to your Saturday morning breakfast! I discovered this recipe accidentally while preparing brunch for my boyfriend... they are sooo yummy! I made a colourful plate for him and have a very happy boyfriend :-)

    Recipe #378193

After creating my well received Mediterranean Dice Rice Bake, I've been dreaming of other variants of this lovely dish. This time I decided to go for tuna fish.

    Recipe #367884

This recipe came to my mind when I had lunch at a Macau restaurant that served Portuguese baked rice. In the coming few weeks I began to dream about this brand new colourful, juicy rice casserole... so I did some research, hit the supermarket, and got busy.
