This is a fun and easy take on "Fish & Chips" that is so yummy!! My husband and I went to an open house and they served something similar so I went home and whipped up my own creation which I actually think tasted better! I usually use full fat mayo and cream cheese, but you can certainly substitute low fat. I served it cold, but it could also be warmed and be equally as good...enjoy!

The most wonderful cranberry relish! It turned me from a relish hater to a relish lover!

    A wonderfully easy pasta dish!!

This recipe is SO EASY and SO AWESOME! If you love breaded ravioli at The Olive Garden you must try this! Everybody loves it! It will become a MUST before any Italian Meal!

This sauce rocks and is so easy and versitile. It came from a restaurant that my husband and I loved and when we moved I talked the chef into giving me the list of ingredients so I could recreate it at home! The original recipe is made with fish, but I love it with shrimp. You will make it again and again!

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law years back and love it. No raisins so it appeals to everybody...and believe me you will get good reviews on this one. Always use real butter, and whatever you do....DO NOT OVERBAKE your cookies!! The butterscotch chips are optional, or you can substitute for white chocolate, chocolate, or mini M&M's...or use them all and call them Monster Cookies!! Oh, and I always double the recipe because by the time you take some to work, give some to the neighbors, and send some to school there won't be any left for you!

The Dutch Mill was a restaurant in Bluffton Indiana that was famous for it's pies. It burned down about 10 years ago, but we've still got the Sugar Cream Pie recipe to recreate at home! Sugar Cream Pie is unique, sweet, dense, and creamy ...additively yummy! The recipe is easy but there can be a "little" bit of trial and error since ovens vary. Stick with it though, because the reward is well worth it!

    Recipe #145719

I'm in love with this soup!! A very good friend of mine made this for me recently and I fell in love. I'm very picky about my Tortilla Soup and this by far the best ever. She makes hers in the crock pot and I have to agree, that it's easy and tastes just wonderful!! Whatever you do, DO NOT skip the garnishes! They are the icing on the cake! UPDATE April 2010: Obviously I've made this so many times I never even look at the recipe anymore! But I wanted to add some variations that I play around with that are great. Like many reviewers black beans and corn are great additions. Sometimes I add them to the leftovers (if there are any :-) so that is feels like something new the next day! I have also made it several times with shredded pork which turns it into a pork carnitas type of soup. If you like it on the spicy and smoke side buy a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and mince up one or two and add it. And lastly, a little swizzle of half and half or heavy cream just minutes before serving makes it a creamy tortilla soup that is wonderful and it is also a good way to tone down the heat if it got away from you...
