This is my mom's recipe and is ever present at all holidays in my family. I changed it to make it sugar free and low fat. However, you can add the full fat cream cheese, and full fat Cool Whip if you want. It tastes great both ways. If you want thick servings use a smaller dish, if you want thinner use a bigger dish, you decide.

    Recipe #84401

This is another holiday staple at my house. I have had it every way known, and it seems to have become an American holiday staple, but I still like it this way best. I think the frozen green beans is the closest to summer as you can get in the middle of winter. Canned just does not cut it.

    Recipe #84402

This is a holiday staple at my house for as long as I can remember. I remember waking up at Christmas and eating it for breakfast. Now, my neighbors wait patiently for me to bring it to them on holidays. You will love it, and prepare to fight for the last piece. Cut it in half, and in half again, then make each quarter into three pieces, a total of 12 pieces.

My Grandfather's recipe. My grandfather was famous for his garden and his cooking with the vegetables from his garden. He even made the local newspaper with a page of his recipes. This is taken directly from the newspaper article. I have not tried it but let me know if you do.

My Mother In-law's Recipe three generations old. Serve with pasta, over stuffed peppers, over backed ziti or manicotti uses are limitless. I like to freeze mine in three cup plastic containers for use whenever I want it. One serving is 1/2 a cup of sauce you may use more or less as you desire. This is a low fat low calorie option depending on what you have going with it.

    Recipe #83914

A standard staple at all Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. This dish is loved by all and has been rejected by none. My wife who HATES rice will even eat it.

My mother-in-laws recipe--a great low fat, low carb solution to those days where you just need a little something.
