A versatile and delicious low-carb recipe. My family loves it! Change it up by adding chili powder, Rotel tomatoes or a different cheese variety. The possibilities are endless!

    Recipe #446887

This is a South Beach Diet recipe - superquick. The original recipe calls for bone-in, skin-on chicken. The chicken is supposed to be cooked with the skin on, but eaten with the skin off to keep it moist. If you use boneless, skinless breast, be careful not to dry out the chicken. You might even want to add a little olive oil to the spice rub.

This is a SBD-Superquick recipe. I think you could use chicken if you don't care for turkey.

Saw this on Rachael Ray and thought it sounded good and healthy too.

I saw Giada make this on her show today and thought it sounded like an easy healthy and different sort of breakfast. Let me know what you think. I intend to make this soon!

    Recipe #384082

I know it is not fashionable, but sometimes it is just easier to use a jarred spaghetti sauce. Really I am just storing this here so I can put it on my shopping list!

    Recipe #383393

I found this basic recipe in Southern Living years ago and have modified it slightly through the years. Here is the delicious result.

    Recipe #360844

I found this recipe in RR's cookbook, 365: No Repeats, but it is definitely a repeat! Rachel's recipe calls for Turkey cutlets but I use chicken. I also added serving it over angel hair pasta. It tastes so special but it is really simple to make. Don't let the long recipe list scare you. The sauce is oh so easy and oh so yummy!

    Recipe #360843

A fast easy take on a Asian favorite!
