My brother-in-law requests this recipe every time he comes over, he loves it so much! My husband loves it too. :) I made it a lot when we were very newly married and was never able to mess it up (a real feat for me). You can add more chicken if you want, but I like it with more sour cream and less chicken.
This comes from the 2008 Taste of Home recipe book. I made it last night and thought it was actually pretty good! Nice and fresh and easy with lots of good veggies. This is from their "Cooking for one or two" section, so you might have to double the recipe to make enough for everyone. :)
This came from a book called Cook Now, Serve Later (with some alterations). You can refrigerate the rolls after you've rolled them up, overnight then cook them the next day.
My husband made this after I made him make dinner and it was really good! You can put salsa on it if you want, but I preferred mine plain.
