This french bread pizza contains no pizza sauce, instead you use ricotta, spinach, and the "toppings" and top it off with creamy provolone cheese. This makes a great dinner of fun party starter. This pizza is meant to be super chunky so don't cut your veggies or meat too small.(The pepperoni should look like tiny pieces of pie.) If you want your pizza filled more, just use less bread. For a party, I cut mine into slices about and inch or two inches thick. Easy to make meat-free! I usually make a greek salad to go along with it, the tang from the salad is great with the creamy texture of the pizza!
