These are sinfully good. Sweet and fruity creamy goodness! I have to give a lot of credit to ElaineM's recipe for pineapple upside down cake because that is what I used for this recipe, and I highly recommend you using it too.
I made this chicken for my family for dinner one night after being asked to make it by my mother. It makes brown rice much more tasty when the sweet sauce soaks into it. Perhaps adding green onion to this would be great.
This is a Hungarian recipe that is absolutely tasty. I love trying out different fillings with this, and I've been experimenting with lots of them lately. I love using poppy seed filling or almond paste that I find in the baking section of my local grocery. Be as creative as you want, and you won't ever be disappointed!
These are some of the weirdest little things I've ever created, but they sure are good! These are a great side to take to a potluck or BBQ. They are also a perfect main course next to some potatoe salad and baked beans.
After an OVERLY hearty, boring, rich, oily meat and potatoes kind of meal I really truly feel that everyone only wants one thing; something that's not overly hearty, boring, rich, and oily! That is why I made this dessert salad that is also a great snack, bunch, and even a full lunch sometimes.
I was going through my grocery the other day and was happily surprised to find in the Asian foods section a type of noodle called shirataki. I was very happy with they because my father is on a low carb diet and is missing pasta terribly, and these long white noodles only had 1.5 carbs in 1 serving. So, I bought two water patched bags of noodles, some hoisin, and sesame oil, and just let my mind go. Here is what I came up with.
I made this one day when I was in a very big hurry to get to work, but I also wanted a nice dinner to come home too. Since my Fiance works the same hours almost that I do...well, that wasn't happening. So, I decided to see how a whole frozen chicken would do in a crock pot, and it was great!
This I found on another web site, and I wanted to share it with the rest of you because I have heard about the deadly gluten alergies that some people have, and I just don't think that there are enough recipes for them.
