Recipe for mini-scone pan. I have made these vegan with soy-milk and vegan margarine and they taste just as good as the dairy version. For regular scones this would make 8 scones with a couple minutes added to the cooking time.

    Recipe #504813

This is the recipe that comes with the nordicware mini scone pan. It makes 16 mini-scones. Or with adding a couple minutes to the cooking time can make 8 regular scones.

    Recipe #504811

These are really good, I've made this over and over and have not tired of it. I've made it with no salt ketchup and tomato sauce and don't notice the no salt part. This is a slightly modified recipe for beef sloppy joes from simplyrecipes. Adding it here to get the nutritional values.

    Recipe #504184

Caesar chicken salad with potatoes. Nice summer meal. The salad dressing is a good low fat dressing that can be used alone. This is from Butter Buster's Cookbook. I believe chicken broth would be a fine substitute for liquid butter buds.

    Recipe #399232

From saving dinner by Leanne Ely. Nice mid-week dinner to have as a change of pace.

    Recipe #399231

Pasta sauce recipe with tomato puree. Makes a great basic sauce. Add some red wine or small can of tomato sauce if sauce becomes too thick. Freezes well. Great with fresh basil added.

    Recipe #398683

This is a quick way to cook up fake crab/surimi.

    Recipe #398682

This is very moist and keeps well, adapted from butter busters cookbook. Whole wheat pastry flour can be used in place of white flour.

    Recipe #398373

Wonderful recipe for rolled flank steak with prosciutto basil and pimento from Sheila Lukins in Parade Magazine.

    Recipe #398372

    Recipe #398276

Modified from an old Tabasco sauce cookbook. Make twice the sauce to serve over rice or serve chilled as is on a bed of cucumber slices and lettuce. Garnish with red bell pepper strips.

    Recipe #398275

Super easy to make. Recipe from Prevention Magazine. Raspberry with chocolate pie crust.

    Recipe #398274

I have found this lower fat (not greasy) version better than the original. I use sesame oil instead of peanut oil.

    Recipe #398245

Modified from my father's recipe. Quick recipe for mid-week dinner. Easy to modify, fresh basil and thyme are great additions. The red pepper flakes make it too spicy for some, reduce to a small pinch for milder sauce. Doesn't freeze well as onions will become too soft.

    Recipe #398243

Great recipe with the dried ancho peppers which can be found in produce section of large supermarkets.

    Recipe #398241

Love chili with the smaller beans. This is a great basic recipe that can easily modified. I often use mexican rotel in place of the diced tomatoes. Some cinnamon or some red wine (but not in combination) are good modifications.

    Recipe #398209

Great recipe from Cooking Light, August 2005 The mustard egg dip helps keep the chicken moist. I use the thin sliced chicken and longer time grilling in the pan so I don't have to cook in the oven.

    Recipe #398116

Nice way to use up extra baby carrots.

    Recipe #398115

Flavorful moist pumkin bread, great for fall, freezes well. Modified from USA Weekend recipe.

    Recipe #397613

Easy recipe for salmon patties. Moist with the addition of egg/onion/bell pepper.
