    This is the best slaw recipe. It was printed in a local newspaper years ago. The recipe keeps well tightly covered up to 5 days. I like to make it the day before I plan to serve it.

    This is an OH SO GOOD recipe that I got off the Rachael Ray website. I saw her making the recipe on tv and knew I had to try it that day. I'm so glad I did. It's so delicious and easy. The recipe calls for bone-in/skin-on chicken thighs or breasts. I was trying to cut back on calories and used skinless chicken thighs and breast and thought it came out great. Hope you like it too.

    This is hands down my favorite banana bread recipe and I'm posting it here for safe keeping. I got the recipe off the Cooking Light website and they give credit to Kathleen Daeleman and her book "Cooking Thin With Chef Kathleen". This bread isn't too sweet and I love the texture. If your using a darker baking pan, check the bread at about 1 hour.
