Alright, I'm a big fan of one-pot meals, and most of my meals I make for one person, because I live alone. So you can always make more if you want to! This one is really super easy though. Also, I'm talking about the SMALL bullion cubes, NOT the big ones! Also, I use low-sodium soy sauce

I really like to make single-serving meals. This is by far one of the easiest, laziest recipes I have ever made. But it's delicious.

    Recipe #414983

A couple of notes about this recipe. First of all, this is a recipe for one person. I know that doesn't seem true, but the 4 coups of water boil down really fast. Secondly, I usually soak my lentils beforehand because it makes them cook quicker. Third, I put "2 oz" of pasta, because that's usually the serving size for one person for pasta... sometimes it's 1/4 of a cup, and sometimes it's more. Just go with what the box says, or whatever you feel is good for you. Also, you can do it with rice instead of pasta if you so desire! It's equally as yummy!

    Recipe #400049

pasta with vegetable and grilled chicken. Sever notes: the original recipe called for the vegetables to be fried in a pan with the chicken. It's an option, I just prefer to boil the vegetables and grill the chicken. Obviously, all ingredients are to taste... you can add/subtract as you see fit.
