    Recipe #486413

A wonderful, chewy chocolate cookie for those who can't eat wheat or gluten... though no one would guess that they are flourless. Guaranteed you'll fall in love with them if you like chocolate as much as I do! They are also beautiful and a unique addition to a Christmas cookie tray.

    Recipe #469463

Make some tonight and freeze the rest unbaked ready to bake fresh for a quick meal. Wonderful with your favorite soup!

    Recipe #458829

This recipe came from my Kindergarten teacher back in the 70's and it has been a family favorite ever since. It is light and fluffy, and a nice change from regular pumpkin pie. This recipe also makes enough for one pie if you don't want to make tarts.
