I can never find the write lettuce and its too hard for my kids to wrap and eat so I created this version - which is really a Lettuce Wrap Salad - instead.

    Recipe #480997

This is perfect for a Christmas breakfast or great for a potluck! Also been known to serve this with steaks for dinner! Yummy!

    Recipe #470411

These are perfect for school kids or that quick treat to take to a friend's house. I really like using the red-striped kiss on a pretzel at Christmas, topped with a red m&m.

    Recipe #404798

This is a combination of a few recipes. I used frozen puff pastry but had tons of filling left over so I would guess you need 3 packages of puff pastry for this.

    Recipe #398357

This recipe is from The Silver Palate cookbook. It comes together very quickly - especially if you precook the bacon. I usually do it on the weekend in the oven, remove, drain and paper towels on a plate in the fridge. For the weekday meal, I take the bacon out of the fridge, rough chop it and microwave for about 45 seconds. It's easy and delicious.

    Recipe #398286

This is from the November 2009 Canadian Living Magazine and is easy and delicious. I use aged cheddar (it's white) and I shred enough until my box grater is about 3/4 full. I also never seem to have 3 cups left in my open box of Chicken stock so use 1 cup water and 1 tsp of my Epicure Chicken Stock spice. For the ale I've used Stella with great results.

    Recipe #398283

There are a few recipes on here but none of them are quite right. Tip: Near the end of boiling ingredients, throw in a handful of mini-marshmellows. Stir until melted. This is supposed to hold everything together better. I haven't tried this tip but thought it sounded good and want to add it before I forget!

    Recipe #389193

I saw this in a magazine and thought it looked like a nice change from the go-to standby of sweet and sour meatballs. It was! Tangy and slightly sweet/tart. Plus really easy. Good times!

    Recipe #344606

This is a mix of several recipes.
