Something I came up with one day, after being bored with the usual bread crumb version.

    Recipe #402755

    Recipe #400971

This goes really well with vegan Buffalo chicken nuggets and a side of celery sour cream (just some sour cream mixed w/chopped celery). From Bon Apetit magazine.

    Recipe #396047

From Westbrae Natural Foods. I use Santa Barbara brand salsa in this.

    Recipe #376792

    Recipe #374757

I wasn't sure how this would turn out w/imitation crab, but it worked! (I let it sit overnight but I'm posting the original recipe for those that want to try it with the real thing) And make sure you don't use canned salsa... I learned the hard way!...And don't forget the salt and pepper. This is a Sandra Lee recipe.
