I found this recipe from fatfreevegan.com they are soooooo good! My family didn't even know they were vegan :)

    Recipe #399124

Sounds kind of weird, but they are out of this world!

    Recipe #365116

This recipe is from my grandma's recipe book. The cookies come out soft and are 100% AMAZING every time! On occasion, I like to swap out 1 tsp Vanilla extract with 1 tsp Almond extract and it adds a new dimension to the cookies. I like to melt chocolate chips and drizzle that onto the cutouts instead of icing...so good!

    Recipe #355609

For this recipe, I prefer to use a short pasta like penne or rotini. This is a great way to get vegetables, whole grains and fiber into your diet. I don't add meat to mine, but would be great with chicken, pork or turkey breast.

    Recipe #353540

I whipped up this recipe with some leftovers and some ingredients I had on hand. This recipe is nice because it's simple and can be modified very easily with whatever ingredients you and your family prefer. I intended for this to be a side dish, but adding cooked chicken or pork would easily make this a meal.
