    These are SOOOO good; fall of the bone tender and a spicy sweet homemade BBQ sauce. The low temperature cooking aspect is easily changed based on how long you have (I've baked for 5 hours before at a lower temp) but this is the basic cooking time/temp required. If you extend the cooking time, just drop the temperature a bit. I have to admit that I never measure the maple syrup, I just pour over until coated.

    This is a delicious and easy way to cook beef tenderloin. Since it is sliced before cooking, it also takes just a fraction of the time the oven baked tenderloin takes. One of my regular rotation recipes!

    The wonderful taste of lasagna in less than half the time and in a single dish! Can you get any better than that? It works well with either no boil noodles or cooked noodles, and I usually use white shredded cheeses (mozzarella and 6-cheese italian mixes) instead of ricotta.
