    Recipe #494601

Concocted this recipe the other morning! Was SO GOOD and fun to eat!! Times are very scary right now with my hubby being laid-off, and just wanted to make us a special treat for breakfast. This put smiles back on our faces!! :D

    Recipe #485222

I started making this years ago when I worked at a little bistro in Indiana. It was a very popular lunch item, but would also be a great dish for a brunch or any special occasion! Hope you try it! (*Warning, it's very rich!)

    Recipe #408143

Just as easy as opening "one of those cans" or packet mixes, only MUCH better! (I'm sure much healthier, too.) *The sauce is also very good as a homemade bbq sauce for chicken, ribs, pork chops, etc. Thanks, Mom! Enjoy!! :D

    Recipe #403849

This concoction was created one day due to a packet of cream of spinach lurking in the cupboard that was purchased by accident! (It happens!! LOL) I had already planned on making a meatloaf, and found "the packet" in the back while getting out the breadcrumbs. After debating on whether or not to just finally pitch it, I decided to try and use it, then one idea led to another...and the rest is history as they say! It REALLY came out good!!! Very moist and flavorful! Very happy to share this "bought by accident" recipe! :)

    Recipe #399834

I have to reeeaaallly be in the mood for fish to tolerate it, especially salmon, as it always tastes WAY too "fishy" to me! So last night I came up with this, after searching tons of salmon recipes. No super expensive maple syrup needed, not too sweet with a little kick in the back, and about as easy-peasy as it gets!! Hope you like it as much as we did! (I was shocked that I liked it so much!!) I had 3 lbs. of it, but this can easily be cut in half if you have less fish....but you'll want more guaranteed!!! (We ate HALF of it last night just the two of us! LOL) *Times do not include marinating time.

    Recipe #393622

Mild, creamy and delicious!!!! *Make sure you use seasoned mashed potatoes, and taste test before filling pie shell and baking to add additional salt or pepper to taste.

    Recipe #381863

A very unique, sweet and spicy southern pie! *Use less brown sugar (1/2 cup) and tart apples for a tart pie. For medium-sweet use all the brown sugar and tart apples (Granny Smith), or less brown sugar and baking apples. For a sweet pie, use all the brown sugar and baking apples. HTH! :)

    Recipe #381798

Done the old-fashioned way! ;) No topping, we just top it with homemade vanilla ice cream. ;)

    Recipe #381794

Creamy, dreamy, melt-in-your-mouth frosting! Haven't made this in years, just found my old recipe and putting it here for safe keeping so I don't lose it again!!!

    Recipe #381792

This recipe dates back about 300 years, created in Pennsylvania Dutch country and has been described as "a cake baked into a pie shell, or pie with a cake filling." And "so sweet ya have to shoo the flies away from it!" I love it!!

    Recipe #381763

VERY sweet, but very good!!! (*Note: I only use whole milk for this pie, so if you sub 2%, 1%, skim, etc., and it doesn't turn out good, please don't blame me! LOL!) You MIGHT be able to get away with using evaporated milk, but I've never tried it that way.
