These crackers are reminiscent of "Wheat Thins" and are great with dips, spreads, and cheeses. Because they're made with almond flour, they're low-carb and soy-free. Try substituting ranch dressing mix for the garlic salt.
The texture of these rolls is reminiscent of an English muffin or biscuit. Use two to assemble an "egg McMuffin" type breakfast sandwich; or use for a ham sandwich, etc. Don't worry -- these don't taste like coconut. However, I find them a little "eggy" when eaten plain -- yummier in sandwiches. Try variations with onion powder or chives. Low-carb and soy-free.
