I got this recipe from a friend who loves Mexican inspired food. Original recipe calls for frying the wings in oil first. However, to cut down on fat I adapted the recipe and baked them first. You can increase or decrease the amount of jalapenos to taste. Prep time includes time for seperating the wings.
I got this recipe several years ago from a coworker. Quick & easy. Can easily be made with sugar free jello and low fat cool whip to lighten it up. Best if made the day before so it can refrigerate overnight and the flavors blend together. I have also made this using raspberries in place of the strawberries.
