General guidelines from Mark Bittman, but I added more stuff to the quiches. I mostly used what I had in the fridge, kitchen-sink style!

    Recipe #416678

A new recipe for lunch at work

    Recipe #409378

This is basically the pasta salad my mom made growing up. I like it with lots of meat, cheese & veggies and smaller amounts of pasta. It's easy to alter as well

    Recipe #398044

This was an easy, healthy book club offering.

    Recipe #389799

This is my variation on a recipe from Runner's World (Pumpkin Bread). These muffins are my post-run snack.

    Recipe #367200

Just my version of baked penne. This is great as leftovers, too. We usually have it with some steamed broccoli on the side.

    Recipe #367180

Do you ever go to Mexican food restaurants to order enchiladas, and get back a greasy mess that doesn't look as good as it sounded? Or do you ever wish they stuck some veggies in them instead of just meat? Well, I do, so I made this recipe. In my opinion, it balances the meat, veggies and sauce. Mm, yum!

    Recipe #352984

After finding out she was diabetic, my mom couldn't eat her favorite granola because it made her blood sugar spike. So, she came up with this recipe, and it's so much better than the store-bought because it's healthier and you can make it just how you want to. It makes a lot, and it keeps well in airtight containers. Now I like this recipe with no sugar and lots of raisins.
