A great recipe if you work during the day and want to have dinner fully prepared for your arrival home at the end of the day! My husband said this was PHENOMENAL! The meat was so tender! I will make this again soon. I won't wait for next St. Paddy's Day. The weird thing is...normally my husband and I don't get too excited about corned beef and cabbage, but this was soooo gooood!

A great quick and easy bread that goes well with stews, meats with gravy, and other comfort foods! This is a nice brown bread. Although it is made with white flour, the lentils make it a healthy choice!

I have loved this recipe since I first saw a demonstration of making it and then had the pleasure of tasting it at a Pampered Chef party years ago.

This so easy! It is wonderful to come home from work and have a delicious turkey dinner all ready for you...and it smells so good! If I make this recipe when I am actually home, I don't add the vegetables until about 3 hours before the turkey will be done. This avoids overcooking them. Otherwise, just be sure to keep the vegetables prepped to a fairly large size - not bite-size.

Flounder or scrod can also be used in this recipe. This recipe came from "Incredible Edibles", a cookbook that has raised money for the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation in the Hudson Valley, New York state. I have made this recipe many times. Very tasty and nutritious!

When I first got married, I never knew what to make for everyday supper. I went crazy searching through cookbooks for tasty simple recipes. I still remember my husband and stepson saying"This one's a keeper!" the first time I made this. I still make this one on a regular basis. I never grow tired of it. It always tastes like a nice home cooked meal! I have varied the recipe from time to time with pork chops (used cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken) and even chicken thighs instead of breasts. The original recipe came from a cookbook that raised money for my church.

It doesn't get much easier than this, but be sure to make this a day in advance! That's what gives it the "cake" type of consistency! Great to bring to group gatherings and pot lucks! Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve it! It's a real favorite with my family!

I usually double this recipe and serve it on Christmas Eve for 10 - 12 people. They always love it! It looks so festive for the holidays! It is best when you serve it warm with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. I usually make it ahead of time, and then after I cook other dinner items in the oven, I put the cobbler back in a warm oven (set at OFF after cooking other items) while we eat dinner. By the time we are done and ready for dessert, this is so GREAT with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream! Ymmmmm!

I love to make these stuffed shells. They are a favorite with my family. This recipe tends to make an "over-stuffed" shell which is what I like about it. If you prefer a little less filling, simply decrease the amount of the ricotta.
