I love quiche and this is the best recipe I ever tried, comes from my friend Manon. I'm posting the ham and spinach but you can try it with different ingredients, just switch the ham for chicken, bacon & tomatoes, seafood... It can freeze ok but it's better fresh out of the oven. You can also take this recipe and make mini-quiches, enjoy!
I got this recipe during my stay at beautiful Ripplecove's Inn in Ayer's cliff, Quebec, Canada. Every morning, the chef made these healthy and delicicous light muffins. I tried to do the same at home and here is the recipe! As sour cream is used instead of grease for less fat, the muffins don't stay fresh as long as regular muffins. Eat them the same day you bake them and freeze leftovers. Bon appetit!
This was my sister's and I favorite recipe when we were little. We used to help mom make the meatballs. It is very fast and easy to make. you can freeze leftover portions for lunch at the office. You can easily double the recipe. Bon appetit!
