THANKS!!!*** This is for a batch of packets and has been synthesized from similar recipes on this site and adjusted for my personal tastes. I don't like most store-bought ones 1) because of all their additives and 2) their expense, especially the healthier ones, thus I've decided to create my own. Posting it here helps me keep track of it as well as check out its nutritional values.
A quick, easy, cheap recipe I got from a friend (Laura Rich) who years ago tried to teach me how to cook. I am going to try it again soon, now that I'm one of the many unemployed and have the time to learn how to cook in earnest. I will be substituting the almond milk with soy milk. Let me know how it goes, if someone else tries cow's milk. Thanks!
