An adaption of Rachael Ray's beef and bean burrito burgers with a few extra ingredients and an awesome topping. Hopefully you will find that these are ingredients you have on hand. A family favorite!
I like to serve on whole wheat brioche buns or in a pita pocket for fewer carbs :)
These are very simple to make! Once the chocolate is melted your kids can scoop them and decorate themselves :) You can use white chocolate in place of peanut butter chips for those with allergies.
You will also need cupcake papers and Cadbury Mini Chocolate (or hershey's) eggs.. There are many ways to make this recipe your own, so have fun!
I found this recipe on Food Network and it is incredible. Really easy to prepare and one of my (picky) husbands favorite meals! I have also made it with sirloin, just as good and a little cheaper :) I buy the peppered goat cheese from the deli and it adds a little spice.
This is so good and so easy! You can use more or less of the ranch, I usually use the "Fat Free" packet. Requires no additional salt due to high salt content in packet.
I like to bake this in a roasting stone and surround with potatoes and root veggies to make complete meal.
This is delicious and lower-fat than most creamy soups as it has no cream in it. I have adapted it from a number of broccoli soups and added chicken (use pre cooked to save time) to make it a more complete meal. Perfect winter comfort food!
