This is a recipe from an old Company's Coming recipe book of my mom's. It is so simple, uses up bruised apples, and tastes great. *Note* It is not a typo, it really is 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

    Recipe #103400

This is a delicious recipe. Perfect as a side dish to any meal. I found the recipe in a cooking magazine.

    Recipe #103253

This chicken tastes very much like rotisserie chicken sold in most grocery stores. The flavour is great, and the meat is so tender it practically falls off the bone. *Note* Prepare spice rub and place on chicken the night before you want to serve. It needs to marinate overnight. Cooking time with vary depending on the size of the chicken. Directions are for a 5-6 lb chicken.

    Recipe #102968

This is a great recipe that can be made ahead and frozen. It can also be doubled/tripled/quadrupled with great results for church meals or fundraiser dinners.

    Recipe #102866

This is a recipe my sister made as a side dish at a summer bbq. It is delicious. *Note* The 30 minute "cook" time is actually when the cucumbers are draining.

    Recipe #102663

A delicious unleavened recipe. Perfect for breakfast or to serve with soups. Omit the sugar and lemon from the glaze for a savory version. Prep time includes 4+ hours of refrigeration.

    Recipe #89003

This is a delicious recipe that my family has been passing around. It is quick and easy to whip up in a flash. In less than 30 minutes you can have a homemade soup on the table. Serve it with fresh bread or some crackers.

    Recipe #88786

This has been a long time family recipe that we love to eat warm for breakfast or for snacks. You can make these with or without chocolate chips, but I highly recommend adding them!

    Recipe #88374

This is my favourite breadmachine recipe. It is so moist and flavourful. Although it is not a high rising bread, it makes great flat italian sandwiches. It is also good warm, served with butter and soup. You can use all white flour if desired, but for best results, follow the recipe. Prep time includes machine's time (your machine may vary)

    Recipe #76710

This is a quick and easy, but delicious meal. A sweet and tangy chicken. It can be done in the morning and placed in the oven when you get home from work. I definately recommend serving this with rice because the sauce is too good to pass up.

    Recipe #76645

A delicious carrot side dish. The fresh ginger and orange juice flavours are amazing together.

    Recipe #76642

A homemade tradition rice pudding. Only 3 ingredients. Tradition in my house when growing up was that the mom gets to eat right out of the dish. Reason being, all the sugar and milk makes the best crispy layer all around the outside. Now that I have my own home, its a rule here too! :)

    Recipe #76344

This is a rich, fantastic chicken dish. Serve it with rice or noodles. You can make it ahead of time and keep it until the fridge before the final baking.

    Recipe #76340

This is one of my favorite meals. It is creamy and delicious. The chopping can take a bit of time, but you can also use a food processor. This is such a versatile recipe, you can substitute and omit whatever you want from it, and it still works out.
