I found the original bbq recipe on ehow.com, however, made a few alterations to create a sugar free version! The end result is a quick, tasty, and sugar free bbq sauce!

    Recipe #418294

For those of you counting your carbs, but longing for the days of porridge... crave no more, this carb friendly version of a classic breakfast is sure to satisfy. Feel free to add whichever toppings you'd like. Just be sure to enjoy this treat- guilt free that is!

    Recipe #350601

This is a lovely treat to wake up to in the morning- without guilt! The cottage cheese and pumpkin filling slightly resembles a pumpkin pie filling, and the maple syrup makes it perfect! All the flavors allow for the tortilla to adopt a sweeter, crepe like flavor. Top with whipped cream and graham crackers if you're really dying for something decedant... Cooking time is actually freezer time. This is simple, quick, and easy to make, but incredible to eat!

    Recipe #347709

I purchased a box of Aunt Jemima's Buckwheat Pancake mix, noticing the lack of nutrition provided. One serving of pancakes, using eggs, oil, and milk, contained 6 grams of fat, 7 grams of protein, and 180 calories. I knew that I could lower the fat content, along with increasing the protein. I did this exactly, concocting a scrumptious end result! These pancakes are delicous topped with sugar-free syrup. You can also multiply the recipe however many times you'd like to get the desired amount of servings. Overall, this is fairly easy to make. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I did!

    Recipe #347351

I came across quite a few mug cake recipes. However, I was shocked with the calorie count for these cakes, so decided to make my own "healthified" version. So now, you can have your cake, and eat it, too!
