From "Quick-fix Gluten Free by Robert Landolphi

    Recipe #498110

Oil and vinegar, gently warmed a d drizzled over tiny potatoes and tossed with greens

    Recipe #491867

This is as close as I could get to last Wednesday's Jamie Oliver in the garden recipe. It looked great on the show but it isn't published. Apparently if you buy the new cookbook or DVD you will find the proper recipe. My version went over very well at my house in spite of my trepidation for not using chicken breasts.

    Recipe #443044

Just like in a Mexican restaurant! I like it hot so I keep the seeds in. To reduce heat remove seeds but wear gloves and don't rub your eyes!!!! I haven't the faintest idea what the serivings are nor the yield but I would guess about six 2 cup mason jars.

    Recipe #436028

A vegetable curry with an intriguing name and an interesting taste. From an Indian website I have since lost.

    Recipe #435118

This was for a Girl Guide Cooking Badge. It is my favourite. Dill is a must for the right flavour.

    Recipe #435110

This is a gluten and dairy free raw granola-ish cereal. If you have never grown sprouts it's super easy and there are tonnes ( I'm Canadian, eh?) of resources on the web.

    Recipe #435109

From my "Clan Christmas Party" To make GF make sure you use a wheat free soy sauce and a malt vinegar free steak sauce.

    Recipe #405894

Title says it all.. with a bit of a kick. From my "Clan Christmas Party" 2009 Absolutely fabulous, extra protein lower fat from the beans

    Recipe #405892

Bread-crumbs are so over-rated!!! Try brown rice instead with an egg to hold your salmon burger together. I served this with Dill Mayonaise and a squeeze of lemon. For the gluten digesters pop them in a bun with lettuce and tomato.

    Recipe #390430

Not gourmet food but fast, easy and kid friendly: just served it as an after school snack: they ate so much no supper was required!

    Recipe #389755

A lovely change from creamy potato salad I make this when my egg allergic cousin comes to visit. Copied from "cooks.com" One of those "even better the next day" salads.

    Recipe #389739

I didn't want to buy protein powder to increase the level of protein in my diet so I invented this high protein shake. Carnation instant breakfast adds another protein boost but is not necessary and is pretty high in sugars.

    Recipe #388627

As usual I eat at a restaurant then try to make the meal myself. Had this salad in Guelph yesterday at the Quebec Street Mall. Of course with out pita breads. It was marvelous! I found the recipe at "Vegetarian Recipes around the World" website and it had been posted by Susan Kline - Flint, Michigan, USA

    Recipe #383387

From "Lucinda's Authentic Jamaican Kitchen" published 2006 I just made this to rave reviews. I did not add extra water and used frozen shrimp. Serve with Kuchella a green mango pickle or a mango chutney.

    Recipe #383238

Perfect left-over turkey recipe. I use rice noodles to keep it gluten free but any wide noodle will do. Best soup I've ever made.
