These will be the easiest truffles you've ever made and they are sooo yummy! They are a tradition at my house for Christmas and we coat them in pink-tinted white chocolate for my daughter's birthday. You can shape them like eggs for Easter and dip them in dyed white chocolate or roll them in colored sugar. You can add different flavorings, different coatings, substitute milk, dark or white chocolate... the variations are endless. No matter how you finish these, they will taste great! The original recipe came from one of the chocolate companies several years ago but I can't remember which one.

    Recipe #361521

I love this tangy lemon flavored sauce. It's quick, tasty and light. I serve it on a bed of buttered spaghetti or rice for my family. I'm a diabetic so I serve mine over spaghetti squash or zucchini. It's just perfect either way. You can use this recipe for chicken as well, just substitute 2 large chicken breasts, cut in half to make 4 thin fillets.

    Recipe #361518

These have no cream cheese so you can safely place these little cuties right in the Easter baskets without worry. You can personalize these for your family and make a bunch of smaller eggs or one or two big ones. You choose the size.

    Recipe #361482

Oh my, this is sooo good. My husband and I both LOVE this. We eat this until we just can't eat any more! If you love chunky stewed tomatoes, garlic and onions...this is for you. The bonus is it's really easy to make. We make it as a side dish but this would be a great main dish for your favorite vegetarian.

    Recipe #361480

Yummy and versatile. You can use this recipe for salmon, flounder, chicken or pork. I've used it for all of those and it always turns out fabulous! It's fast, too so it's good for a weeknight meal. It's really good with macaroni and cheese.

    Recipe #361479

I like making the chicken this way because it seems much quicker and easier than the traditional way. I can get this on the table in no time. I usually serve this with garlic mashed potatoes and fried string beans.

    Recipe #361414

We love this on grilled steaks. It's also good on chicken, pork and even fish. I have used it as bruschetta on little garlic toasts, too. You can use this right away or make it ahead of time so that the flavors blend. It's great cold or at room temp.

    Recipe #361263

Here's one of our favorite ways to use up all that zucchini and yellow squash we have in the summer without heating up the whole kitchen. Serve this over your favorite pasta or egg noodles. It makes 8 servings which is twice as much as I need for my family so I freeze the other half in a big ziploc bag. It comes out of the freezer almost better than it was to begin with!

    Recipe #361239

This thick, hearty stew is great over egg noodles or rice. It freezes very well, too.

    Recipe #361233

Here's my take on chicken divan. It's a real kid pleaser and everyone who's ever tried this loves it. I always uses rotini or gemelli for this yummy dish because the little ridges in the corkscrew pasta holds onto the rich, cheesy sauce really well.

    Recipe #360748

This recipe is from The Seaview Country Club which is located outside of Atlantic City, NJ. I usually make a half recipe for my little family. The taste and texture is superb! Try it served with your favorite risotto. It was published in 1993 in the Atlantic City Press and I've been making ever since. It was originally sent in by Cyril Woburn of Galloway Twp, NJ. Many thanks to Cyril!!!

    Recipe #360719

We love this served along side of several different chicken recipes that I make. It's cheesy and delicious. You can turn this into a main dish by doubling the recipe and adding 2 cups of cubed chicken, pork, meatballs, sausage, shrimp or whatever you like directly to it before baking. It's a very flexible dish.

    Recipe #360708

We really like this. It's one of my husband's favorite meals. Comfort food all the way! Yummy!

    Recipe #360604

We are Italian and if you go through my recipes you'll find alot of wonderful, quick and easy pasta dishes. We love our pasta and we love garlic, too! Serve this with garlic Texas toast. I can't eat pasta much anymore because I'm diabetic but my husband and daughter love it so I keep making it for them. I usually eat salmon (I have one or two good ones for salmon, too- check them out).

    Recipe #360549

This rich, delicious dish will leave you and your sweetie feeling very satisfied. It'll be on the table in no time so it's useful for a quick weeknight meal. I designed this for 2 but you can easily double or even triple this for a larger group. Serve over rice, pasta or biscuits.

    Recipe #360547

No, there are no potatoes in these addictive little candies. They are oblong shaped and rolled in cinnamon to resemble cute little potatoes! They are a tradition in our area and they are scrumptious. We wait all year for St. Patrick's Day so we can scarf these cuties down. Try them, you'll find yourself wishing you had made more. You will probably have to hide them if you want to have any left for St. Patrick's Day! That's what I do.

    Recipe #360545

Fabulous, quick and tasty pasta dish. I make this often and my husband inhales this (it is a sight to behold, let me tell you). Serve with a big loaf of garlic bread and your guests will be in heaven. It serves 4 people (well, normal people- my husband can eat more than half of this himself) but you can easily double for a larger crowd.

    Recipe #360374

You'll love how quick this gourmet chicken goes on the table. The taste is amazing! We like it over a bed of spaghetti with a big loaf of garlic bread. Serve this to your family and guests and they'll love it. This recipe is designed for 2 but will easily double or triple to feed a larger family.

    Recipe #360372

Here's my favorite way to make chicken pie. I just grew tired of eating the same old chicken pie and came up with this tasty version. There's no mixed veggies and no potatoes. It's very filling. It also looks and tastes good enough to serve to guests. This makes 2 pies. I use one right away and freeze the other one before baking. They freeze very well. I top them with buttered bread crumbs, biscuits or seasoned stuffing cubes depending on my mood and what I have in the house at the time.

    Recipe #360370

This is so festive! It's really yummy and the best part is... it's quick to make with ingredients you probably already have on hand. It's a single layer round cake that's perfect when you don't need a big, giant cake. You can easily double this recipe and make a 13x9 if you have a larger family.
