This is the only apple cake I have ever made for my family and they loved it. Please try some, oh please do. They're so wonderfully tasting and so darn good looking! (When you shred the apple, remove the skin before you do so. Same applies for the chopped apple.)
I like this one because the garlic mixes in with the tomato sauce and it goes all yummy. I found this recipe one night when my mum refused to make dinner. Also goes well with garlic bread and a glass of milk.
