Created to serve over Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Spirals, but this would work well with plain, baked chicken as well to add an elegant touch.

    Recipe #146374

Modified version of an LA TImes.com recipe. Perfect for summer!

    Recipe #299308

A friend gave this recipe to me. It has been a party staple over the years. The catsup gives it a shrimp color as well as a little zip. It's delicious and quick to assemble. I like to serve it with Sociables crackers, but it also works well with potato chips.

    Recipe #106173

From Dr. Andrew Weil's website. I am really posting this for myself, but I am sure many others will want to try it, too. My calculation is that it's approximately 2 Weight Watchers points per serving.

    Recipe #273504

My grandma's recipe for cookies that are always a hit. My grandma was one of the best cooks I have ever known; she taught me much of what I know about cooking. I love her and still miss her.

    Recipe #200190

Another variation on a cauliflower for potatoes recipe. We really like the flavor of the cream cheese and touch of garlic. You can also use this instead of mashed potatoes for Shepherd's Pie - it's really good this way!

    Recipe #109146

This recipe came from the Knoxville News-Sentinel, from a recipe sharing column. These cookies are similar to the ones sold at Ham 'n Goodys, a favorite local eatery. Ham 'n Goodys' lemon cookies are famous in Knoxville.

    Recipe #256684

This is from Food TV's website (next to Zaar, my favorite recipe website.) I have not made this yet, am posting for future use. Can't wait to try it, though! The recipe also had this interesting comment: Why the milk? When we left it out of the recipe, the macaroni absorbed too much of the dressing and the salad was overly acidic. Adding just a couple tablespoons mellowed the dressing and gave the salad a wonderful old-fashioned quality without being goopy or heavy.

    Recipe #309829

This came from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. It is a dish served at a favorite local restaurant chain Eat n' Park. I added the parsley for color.

    Recipe #102394

Here is a quick and easy soup with some nutritious ingredients. I like to serve it with warm corn bread.

    Recipe #82951

I found this online on the Dallas Morning News' website. I like it because it has great, spicy flavor, and the corn in it makes it a little different and adds texture. I used canned chicken instead of fresh, and it worked fine. Wonderful winter comfort soup!

    Recipe #109912

From the Knoxville News-Sentinel feature article about Christmas cookies, but these would be good year-round. They are very colorful and make a pretty presentation.

    Recipe #264225

I got this Buffalo chicken dip recipe from a respiratory therapist at the hospital where I work. He brought it to a party and everyone asked for the recipe. I appreciate all the reviews that have been written about this recipe since I posted it so long ago. I see more and more that people are making it with freshly cooked chicken - great idea. I also like the idea of using rotisserie chicken. The original recipe used canned chicken for convenience, but I agree with all of you that the fresher meat tastes better. Barb P.S. Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this recipe. I love it, too, and it makes me feel so good that so many of you have enjoyed it. Thanks again.

    Recipe #79116

Cherokee Grill is our favorite restaurant in Gatlinburg, TN. If you're ever in the Smoky Mountains, check it out! Beautiful restaurant, great food. This is my favorite dish there; they posted it on their website. This recipe makes a LOT, so if you are making it for a small group or family, you might want to half it.

    Recipe #287479

From Martha Stewart's email newsletter. I haven't yet tried it, but it does sound good! The recipe suggested serving it over Asian noodles or steamed rice.

    Recipe #184863

This dip is creamy and delicious. Easy to make, too. My family always asks me to bring it to any gathering, and it usually disappears pretty quickly.

    Recipe #85547

I found this on www.chow.com. I'm posting it so I will have it handy, but I'm happy to share it with all of you. Chow.com has other interesting popcorn ball flavors such as curry-coconut, so you might want to check them out.

    Recipe #397398

Having a dinner party and need a great vegetable side dish? This is for you! My mom gave me the recipe, and it's always been a hit whenever I serve it.

    Recipe #107797

This recipe came with a bone cookie cutter. (Essential for owners of spoled rotten dogs!) The dough was easy to handle, and our dog loved them.

    Recipe #106172

Found this in Coastal Living Magazine. It's a little different than the other red pepper jelly recipes already posted. It was my first attempt at making jelly, and it was fun. The jelly was really good, very pretty in the jars. I got great feedback when I served this over a block of cream cheese.
