This is from the Whole Foods Market's website. I haven't tried it yet but intend to do so soon. I love cabbage, its nutritional benefits, and low cost. This recipe has some interesting additions that should add some zip. I'll edit this after I make it.

    Recipe #416541

Recipe from AARP Online News featuring healthier holiday recipes. This one is a little different than the ones already posted on Zaar.

    Recipe #266480

This recipe came from the Knoxville News-Sentinel, from a recipe sharing column. These cookies are similar to the ones sold at Ham 'n Goodys, a favorite local eatery. Ham 'n Goodys' lemon cookies are famous in Knoxville.

    Recipe #256684

Modified version of a recipe from the Weight Watchers website. It's easy, delicious, nutritious, filling, and ZERO points!

    Recipe #184846

Another variation on a cauliflower for potatoes recipe. We really like the flavor of the cream cheese and touch of garlic. You can also use this instead of mashed potatoes for Shepherd's Pie - it's really good this way!

    Recipe #109146

Having a dinner party and need a great vegetable side dish? This is for you! My mom gave me the recipe, and it's always been a hit whenever I serve it.

    Recipe #107797

Throw it in the crock pot on New Year's Eve before you go out, and dinner the next day will be ready; all you have to do is fix the mashed potatoes. Slow, low cooking makes a roast that is very tender. Delicious!! I used to manage a doctor's office, and our Blue Cross rep told me that her family made this every year for New Year's.

    Recipe #106555

This came from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. It is a dish served at a favorite local restaurant chain Eat n' Park. I added the parsley for color.

    Recipe #102394

I made this up last night, because we were hungry for pizza while doing the low carb thing. It's not as good as real pizza with bread crust, but we enjoyed it a lot. It satisfied our craving, and my husband asked me to make it again tonight. Hope you like it, too!

    Recipe #92903

I got this Buffalo chicken dip recipe from a respiratory therapist at the hospital where I work. He brought it to a party and everyone asked for the recipe. I appreciate all the reviews that have been written about this recipe since I posted it so long ago. I see more and more that people are making it with freshly cooked chicken - great idea. I also like the idea of using rotisserie chicken. The original recipe used canned chicken for convenience, but I agree with all of you that the fresher meat tastes better. Barb P.S. Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this recipe. I love it, too, and it makes me feel so good that so many of you have enjoyed it. Thanks again.

    Recipe #79116

I found this on www.health.com in a feature on crockpot recipes. Haven't made it yet, will edit this description as soon as I do.

    Recipe #402632

Found this in Coastal Living Magazine. It's a little different than the other red pepper jelly recipes already posted. It was my first attempt at making jelly, and it was fun. The jelly was really good, very pretty in the jars. I got great feedback when I served this over a block of cream cheese.

    Recipe #401521

I found this on www.chow.com. I'm posting it so I will have it handy, but I'm happy to share it with all of you. Chow.com has other interesting popcorn ball flavors such as curry-coconut, so you might want to check them out.

    Recipe #397398

This is from Food TV's website (next to Zaar, my favorite recipe website.) I have not made this yet, am posting for future use. Can't wait to try it, though! The recipe also had this interesting comment: Why the milk? When we left it out of the recipe, the macaroni absorbed too much of the dressing and the salad was overly acidic. Adding just a couple tablespoons mellowed the dressing and gave the salad a wonderful old-fashioned quality without being goopy or heavy.

    Recipe #309829

I started making my own veggie burgers after getting "sticker shock" at the grocery store over the cost of meat. This recipe was developed using ideas from other veggie burger recipes as well as incorporating a few of my own. If you try this recipe, PLEASE review it! I'd love to hear feedback from those who made it as written as well as from those who changed it and have new ideas. We can make it a veggie burger forum!

    Recipe #309404

Modified version of an LA TImes.com recipe. Perfect for summer!

    Recipe #299308

Cherokee Grill is our favorite restaurant in Gatlinburg, TN. If you're ever in the Smoky Mountains, check it out! Beautiful restaurant, great food. This is my favorite dish there; they posted it on their website. This recipe makes a LOT, so if you are making it for a small group or family, you might want to half it.

    Recipe #287479

Yummy and flavorful. Modified from a recipe in the Knoxville News-Sentinel.

    Recipe #286404

Quick and easy to whip up. Great taste with the cream cheese frosting. Good way to use up all those zucchini from the garden.

    Recipe #286202

From Dr. Andrew Weil's website. I am really posting this for myself, but I am sure many others will want to try it, too. My calculation is that it's approximately 2 Weight Watchers points per serving.
