I have a good friend going through dessert withdrawl while on the Adkins diet so I came up with this..............Did the trick!!

    Recipe #423029

I love to cook with condensed soup in my slow-cooker, however my husband has been dignosed with an allergy to MSG, so I have had to reinvent the wheel so to speak. I love to cook with wine so microbrews aren't that far off. I hope you love this as much as We do.................It's pretty forgiving and you can adjust the spices to fit your taste.

    Recipe #416849

I got this from my Grandma who got it from my Aunt Phyllis. It is incredibly easy but does pretty much require a stand mixer or a person with stamina. It is a very light whipped satin icing (not very sweet) and we love it best on chocolate cake but it frosts anything well. Be patient and whip it for the full 20 minutes or it will not set. To make this a chocolate whipped icing use unsweetened cocoa powder. Add it at the end using 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on desired richness. *Melted chocolate will make it fall and so will heavy cream or half & half (it just won't set).

I don't like canned soups and my DH is allergic to MSG so in an effort to eat healthier, I came up with this wonderfully flavorful and robust soup that is super easy, filling, and easy to keep on hand. This freezes really well. I don't generally mesure but the great thing about this soup is it can be adjusted to suit your pallete. I kinda just emptied my cupboard and freezer with stuff I had on hand including left over turkey. Feel free to use chicken, tofu, or whatever you have on hand and the beef boulion could easily be substituted with chicken or vegetable if you prefer. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #391690

My grandmother is an amazing cook and has passed down so many amazing recipes. This was her and my grandfather's favorite pie. We generally have a lot of seasonings in our dishes but when it came to peach pie, my family always felt simple was the best route. This recipe really is simple but it allows the flavor of the peaches to be the star.

    Recipe #377615

A simple tasty side dish that goes really well with mexican dishes. I make this alot and have yet to meet someone (other than my Mother-in-law, who hates everything) that doesn't like it. This recipe was hatched when I was working as a chef at a local cafe to accompany our quesadilla special.

    Recipe #367342

Thank God for modern day supermarkets because I can make this cake year round! This combines some of my all-time favorites ( pumpkin, apple, and pomegranate), and is not too sweet but just perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.

    Recipe #366036

In a mad rush to get something on the table this recipe was born out of on-hand and thawed ingredients..........super kid friendly and easy on adults too! We love breakfast for dinner so we have this for dinner but I have made this for potluck brunches and always goes over really well.

    Recipe #366034

This is one of my creations, my family goes nuts over it every time I make it and it is super easy and herbs can be easily changed to suit your palate.

    Recipe #346029

I ran out of bread crumbs so one night in a pinch I concocted this and it was a huge hit and I have made it at least twice a month since........enjoy!!!!
