This is a wonderful, moist cake recipe that is baked in a bundt cake pan. A co-worker brought this to work, and when I got home, I looked the recipe up in "The Cake Mix Doctor Returns!" cookbook. This recipe is from the cookbook, with a few minor changes of my own.
This is a French country beef stew cooked using a pressure cooker. I found it in the Better Homes and Gardens Pressure Cooker Cookbook. I did make a few changes to clarify some steps. I have not tried it myself yet, so let me know if you try it!
These are sometimes called "tortilla rollups". They include cream cheese seasoned with ranch dip mix, rolled up in a tortilla with dried beef, olives, green chilies and pimientos(if using). Other variations could include roast beef and horseradish in place of the dried beef and olives, or salsa and sour cream for a mexican version. I adapted this from a Ladies Auxiliary of Greenacres Baptist Church cookbook.
