This recipe is a variation on a recipe I found on avocado.org. All of the ingredients are fresh which makes for a great authentic guacamole. Plus, avocado.org also taught me that avocados are great for regulating blood sugar and cholesterol! As if we need an excuse to eat guacamole...
My mom sent me this recipe and it really works! I just tried it, and the biscuits were perfect!
Some silly people at this website insist that I stole this recipe from them, but I stand by the fact that I have never heard of this group/chef/whatever. This recipe was handed down to me through a bunch of people, but I also don't want to get sued. I think it's silly, but here's the silly link:
I adapted this recipe when I was out of vanilla and honey. I left the vanilla out of the brownies which made them taste more like dark chocolate brownies and substituted the vanilla and honey in the frosting for left-over coffee! It's wonderful!
I slightly modified the Tomato Puree recipe in the Williams-Sonoma Complete Entertaining Cookbook. It will make enough sauce for 3 large pizzas, so you can save the left overs in a jar. It's so easy and delicious, I'll never buy pre-made sauce again!
I modified a recipe from the Williams-Sonoma Complete Entertaining Cookbook. It makes enough dough for 3 large pizzas or 12 small personal pizzas. I just freeze the left-overs. This is the delicious result that I got!
This recipe is a variation on the "authentic guacamole" recipe on avocado.org and it is entirely made from all fresh ingredients. Plus, avocados are great for regulating blood sugar and are good for cholesterol! Gotta have good excuses for eating guacamole!
