Yummy little snacks. Good for parties or just watching football. For some reason, I am unable to specify the quantity of jalepeno- I use one small.

    Recipe #443298

I don't remember how I came up with this recipe but my family and I really enjoy it. The green beans come out a little crispy but still tender. I started making this when I was on weight watchers. One serving is only 1 point!

    Recipe #347495

I found this in an old issue of cooking light and modified it by using fat free sour cream and adding sundried tomatoes, but roasted red peppers work equally well. I like to serve this with toasted sourdough slices. This keeps well in a crock pot on warm for parties.

    Recipe #343248

I got the idea for this recipe from #39087 and expanded on it. The recipe for slow roasted tomatoes is from Delish.com The roasted tomatoes give this sauce a really great, rich flavor. I usually make a bunch and freeze them for later. Way better than sun-dried tomatoes.

    Recipe #454684

I was looking for something like fajitas, but not to messy to eat. I surfed around this site and created this from several other recipes. Thanks to all those who inspired this recipe.

    Recipe #432840

I made this up with what I had in my pantry. My family loved it and it is sooo easy.Serve with some french bread. I used Publix 5 grain Italian bread.

    Recipe #432996

Don't let the funny name fool you. This is by far the best turkey I have ever made. and it only takes ONE hour to cook! I got this from Serious Eats.com
