    If you don't have ring molds you can either order them online, or do what I did and save soup cans. Remove both ends and use a bottle brush to clean well-my husband used a file to get rid of the sharp bits for me. They work great for this recipe-I use them for individual cakes as well. This recipe calls for Candied Lemon Zest-ingredients and directions will follow mousse instructions. Candied Violets are a nice touch as well. Read through instruction before making this dessert-it's easy to make but takes alot of chill time. Prep time will reflect 1 day.

    Flat Iron Steak is a well kept secret. Full of Beef flavor, it's is one of the "perfect for the grill" steaks as it is uniform in shape and thickness. It is also a great cut for marinating. You will want a grill safe skillet for this recipe-I use cast iron.

    Simply the best! Crisp beef, ginger sweet sauce, very hard to find outside Alberta, Canada. I almost cried when I found this recipe. The original Chef's name is lost to history, thankfully his recipe remains. Twice fry the beef if you like it extra crispy, which is the technique most often used in Alberta Restaurants.     I love this recipe, and I love Ball's new Big Book of Canning, where this has been hidden! I have used half the peppers called for, and the full amount called for in another batch, both are yummy! I omit the cilantro per the request of my husband, who seems to be able to find the smallest amount! Lovely, tart recipe.
