Chewy, nutty and good for you-Wheat Berries Rock! For a whole meal salad add sliced grilled chicken, pork or beef.

Flat Iron Steak is a well kept secret. Full of Beef flavor, it's is one of the "perfect for the grill" steaks as it is uniform in shape and thickness. It is also a great cut for marinating. You will want a grill safe skillet for this recipe-I use cast iron.

    Recipe #407311

Simply the best! Crisp beef, ginger sweet sauce, very hard to find outside Alberta, Canada. I almost cried when I found this recipe. The original Chef's name is lost to history, thankfully his recipe remains. Twice fry the beef if you like it extra crispy, which is the technique most often used in Alberta Restaurants. I have to give credit to Rhonda Parkinson for finding this recipe-bless her!

You wont find Corn Syrup in this recipe! Original recipe is from Cooks Country-as good as they are it still needed more pecans!

    Recipe #402975

I love this recipe, and I love Ball's new Big Book of Canning, where this has been hidden! I have used half the peppers called for, and the full amount called for in another batch, both are yummy! I omit the cilantro per the request of my husband, who seems to be able to find the smallest amount! Lovely, tart recipe.

    Recipe #386011

Easy to put together, full of flavor, perfect fall weather dinner. It's also the only way I can slide any form of broccoli past my husband!

I strongly recommend that you use the recipe for Quinoa-Toasted first, and then follow recipe instructions below. Quinoa can be quite bitter-toasting removes this. Recipe # 16399

From The Rodale Food Center. You can use all the vegetables listed, omit a few or use just one kind, like green beans. Just make sure you use an equal weight/measurement to get the total canned yield. Recipe can be cut in half. Posted by Request.
