This is a GF bread that is delicious and soft. It makes great sandwiches and is more nutritious due to its whole grain flour mix. I kept on experimenting until I came up with a bread I liked.

    Recipe #399759

A delicious, Gluten Free Bread that's moist, tasty, and pretty when sliced! (the Gluten Free Flour Blend I use is 1 cup tapioca flour, 1 cup cornstarch, 1 cup fine, white-rice, flour, 2 tablespoons, potato starch.) Mix this well and just dip out as much as you need and store the rest in the freezer. This bread is better the next day. Wrap well and store in the fridge. It freezes well too. If it gets too dry, just wrap up a slice in a dampened paper towel and nuke in the microwave for 28 seconds.

    Recipe #339575

I was missing one of my favorite Holiday treats due to it usually being made with vanilla wafers which contain Gluten and I can't have that so I tinkered around with my recipe and came up with these. They taste wonderful and none of my family guessed they were Gluten Free! Just make sure you add the Rum a little at a time, you don't want your dough to be too runny. I'm going to try dipping some in chocolate too.
