Easy cake from a box mix. Always gets rave reviews.

    Recipe #145731

This is my version of my husband's favorite casserole. It is a great way to use up the leftovers from the holiday turkey. You can also use the meat from the ready to eat rotisserie chickens availabe in grocery stores. Traditionally my mother-in-law cooked the chickens in a large stock pot with vegetables and poultry seasoning and picked the meat from the bones for the casserole and used the stock for soups.

    Recipe #406057

A great way to use supermarket pre-cooked chicken. Very little work to prepare. This casserole is always a hit and has just the right amount of kick! You could easily add more with a little hot sauce or seasoned tortilla chips.

    Recipe #249795

I love the fresh taste of frozen corn in this rather than most versions that use canned or creamed corm. I combined several recipes to come up with this one using frozen corn. My son-in-law thought it was great and practically ate the whole casserole.

    Recipe #406060

This is a combination of many lasagna recipes. This version is our favorite and comes close to what I always think of as a true restaurant style lasagna. I like to cook my own noodles, but you can also use no bake lasagna noodles and just add a 1 1/2 cups of water to the bottled sauces. You can also substitute ground beef or chicken for the turkey.

    Recipe #406055

These are a staple at our family gatherings during the holidays. The coffee gives a grown up taste, yet the kids love them, too.

    Recipe #199912

We make these each Christmas. This recipe is based on the many versions of the best recipes I have found.

    Recipe #493800

This is my adaptation of my father-in-law's Dios Kalacs recipe. He would make this at Christmas. Later in his life he spent much time learning how to make his Hungarian mother's nut roll, which he had enjoyed as a child. It is especially wonderful in the morning warmed in the microwave.

    Recipe #493792

This is our go to mashed potato recipe for holiday gatherings as it eliminates the last minute preparation time to mash the potatoes on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving. Just pop the casserole in the oven and heat. Ricing the potatoes eleiminates any lumps and ensures nice smoothness.

    Recipe #493803

Received this recipe this summer from a friend at a picnic. Great cool and refreshing summer dessert or salad.

    Recipe #145732

This is a recipe I developed from my memories of this dish at an Indiana restaurant. I would order this with Fried Rice and an Egg Roll. I combined several recipes and have experimented to try to replicate the flavor. This is the result, Lobster sauce is a misnomer as there is no lobster in the dish. It is the name for the style of sauce used on the dish.

    Recipe #493805

This Is my less sweet and less fat version of cheesecake bars, not that they are in any way a diet food. These are a hit no matter where they are served. You would never guess these are made with crescent rolls. There is never any left over. They can be served with honey or vanilla ice cream, if you want to add to the decadence!
