This is simply wonderful. The recipe originally came from the back of the Stove Top box, but I've simplified it without sacrificing flavor. I warm up some nice crusty bread and throw together a quick green salad to round out dinner. Perfect for a weeknight meal or you can throw it together and pop it in the freezer. Next time you aren't going to be home, your family can still have a healthy and tasty meal! I hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #430310

This is a recipe that my mom and I came up with. My hubby loves it and requests it often. For a quick version, try buying a pre-cooked box of seasoned fajita chicken instead of cooking your own. You can also buy black bean dip in a pinch.

Now....I know that this is the kind of recipe that can make people say "Yuck" really quickly, but it's really, really good. I have never had anyone dislike it before. It was my Mom's invention on a day that the cupboards were practically bare and she had hungry kids that didn't want to wait for her to run to the store. We've always put this over saltine crackers, but I also like it over toasted bread. This is a really simple and easy lunch for busy days, and it's great because you probably already have all the stuff in your pantry. I hope you enjoy it!!!

    Recipe #94714

The original recipe came from a lady who was hosting a Pampered Chef party years ago. Over the years I have thrown her's out the window for a version that is just right for my tastes. This is a great pizza that even my meat-loving husband and 4 year old daughter enjoy. Please feel free to change up the toppings so that you love it just as much as we do. If you are die-hard meat-lovers you can add some cooked ham or bacon to the toppings.

This was invented out of desperation. I was making Yopper's Green Chile Stuffed Chicken Breasts (#29059) and needed a simple side dish. I thought a rice dish would be yummy and I opened my pantry and voulah....Creamy, Cheesy Mexican Rice!

    Recipe #86526

This is a wonderful recipe that I came across on another recipe site. I've modified it slightly to fit my tastes. This sauce is great served over pasta or dirty rice. This recipe is one I typically make for dinner parties or potlucks so it serves a crowd, but it can easily be cut down to a family appropriate amount.

    Recipe #86239

This is a great appetizer or side dish to go with any seafood/cajun feast. You can adjust the spice by decreasing the amount of cajun seasoning or you can substitute chili powder.
