I shouldn't have found this recipe. It is delicious. I have to admit I don't know what cream of coconut is. I used coconut in it's place and added some sour cream for the topping with the coconut. Yum. Yum. Yum. Recipe courtesy of Serving size is estimated.

    Recipe #509258

I love this because it's fast and simple to make and tasty. Recipe courtesy of Rachael Ray.

    Recipe #509035

These are terrific. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home.

    Recipe #508666

This is very tasty. I baked it in the oven instead of microwaving. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home.

    Recipe #508426

I doubled this recipe, and I'm glad I did. I used all butter instead of shortening. Recipe courtesy of Pillsbury Classic Cookbooks Cookies, Brownies, and Bars.

    Recipe #508425

I found this recipe on the Idaho Bean Commission web site, and it's a keeper. Next time I'll add some corn, but otherwise this is really tasty and you won't miss the meat. I didn't use cooking spray or the oven--just cooked on the stove in a little butter. I skipped the sour cream because I didn't think it needed it.

Yum. Yum. Yum. Recipe courtesy of the Idaho Bean Commission. Serving size is estimated.

    Recipe #508091

This is easy to whip up on a weeknight, and quite good (especially when it's cold outside). I substituted green peas for the creamed corn and evaporated milk for the half and half, and I left the skins on my potatoes. The amount of butter wasn't listed in the recipe, so I used 1/4 cup. Anything with salmon in it is a favorite of mine, and this is no exception. Recipe courtesy of Recipe Lion. Serving size is estimated.

    Recipe #508046

These are heavenly. I used extra jalapenos and a lot more cilantro than the recipe calls for because I don't think you can have enough cilantro, but I'll post the recipe as written. I skipped the cheese, sour cream, and salsa and still really loved this. I don't know why I never thought about making eggs with beans before--I'd pick this over sausage or bacon most days of the week. Serving size is estimated. YUM!

    Recipe #507766

Fast and easy and buttery delicious. Recipe courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens.

    Recipe #507697

Someone else made this, and I had the privilege of trying it. I was shocked to know it was made of beans, and if I wanted something sweet I would pick this hands down. I've never had beans like this before, and I can't wait to make this myself.

    Recipe #507649

Someone else made these, and I had the privilege of trying them. I would pick these over potato chips any day of the week. Very flavorful and the perfect snack. I can't wait to make this myself. Serving size is estimated.

    Recipe #507648

I had a bunch of garden tomatoes, and this was a great way to make use of them. You can store this in the refrigerator for a week and in the freezer for up to 3 months. I doubled the recipe, but I will post it as written. Recipe courtesy of The Pillsbury Cookbook.

This has fantastic flavor--absolutely love this. Feel free to substitute fresh chard for the spinach or mint for the cilantro. Serve with tzatziki and bread and/or a tomato salad. I used fresh spinach and doubled the recipe. Recipe courtesy of Spilling the Beans.

Simple but delicious. A great way to use up those garden tomatoes. I added sausage to mine. Martha suggests adding whatever you like from fresh mozzarella cubes to marinated artichoke hearts. Recipe courtesy of Favorite Comfort Food, The Best of Martha Stewart Living.

I may have discovered the best peanut butter cookie recipe. The only thing I would change is less sugar--they're a little sweeter than I like. I found this recipe on She found one of her mother-in-law's heavenly recipes but the measurements for the ingredients weren't listed. She experimented and came up with this, and they are delicious.

    Recipe #507292

Usually I don't care for baked beans because they're too sweet. These have a bite--nothing better than a combination of hot and sweet. I substited sausage for the ground beef (personal preference). Recipe courtesy of Scrubbie1 and

    Recipe #507138

Yum. Yum. Yum. The only thing I'd do differently is add more oatmeal, but these are great. Recipe courtesy of

    Recipe #507055

Yummy, yummy, yummy. I doubled this recipe, and I'm glad I did. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home.

    Recipe #506931

I made this with regular potatoes and left the skins on. I didn't use low-fat milk or reduced-fat sour cream (I don't care for either one). I did use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon (it's what I had). This is quick to prepare, and very flavorful--difficult to stop eating. Absolutely love it.
