I found this recipe from, and I was not disappointed. I could eat this every meal of the day. I used regular coconut milk and skipped the sugar (personal preference). Excellent flavors.

    Recipe #516654

This is a super easy but delicious cookie recipe you can make with cake mixes. I doubled the recipe, but will post as listed. To make Chocolate Chip-Chocolate Cookies stir 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough. Recipe courtesy of Betty Crocker.

    Recipe #516402

I found this on Pinterest, and this recipe is the bomb. I don't know how many the recipe makes--I just know it's a lot. I doubled the recipe and realized I probably didn't need to. The recipe said to bak for 1 to 2 minutes, but I baked mine for 10. I'm pretty sure they meant 10 to 12 minutes. Yum!

    Recipe #516289

I made this with lobster and shrimp, and it was quite good. I used half and half in place of whole milk and added a little dill too. I also added some creamed corn with the corn to make it creamier. Recipe courtesy of

    Recipe #516200

My mom made this growing up in the 70s from her 1968 Ten Talents Cookbook. It is still my favorite cracker to this day. Why bother with store bought crackers when you can have this?

    Recipe #516175

This was delicious. Recipe courtesy of The Kitchn.

    Recipe #516154

I varied this a little and quadrupled the recipe plus added some dill pickles and lemon and pepper seasoning. Good stuff. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home.

    Recipe #516145

My friend said this is the perfect pie-crust recipe, and she was right. Flaky and delicious. Recipe courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens.

    Recipe #516139

I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and substituted Philadelphia Cooking Cream because I didn't have ricotta. Overall, this is terrific, and you won't be disappointed. Recipe courtesy of 2008 Taste of Home Annual Recipes.

    Recipe #515955

I grew up eating this for breakfast and loving it and had to try a different variation. I must say, I used butter instead of vegetable oil, and I used evaporated milk in place of skim. So I didn't follow the recipe exactly, but I did enjoy the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Recipe courtesy of The Best of America's test Kitchen 2011.

    Recipe #515917

I must confess, I made some homemade guacamole and combined it with the shrimp salad and ate it on chips. If I had little toasts I would have eaten it that way because it was phenomenal. Recipe courtesy of Ina Garten, Food Network.

    Recipe #515069

I love to try new potato salad recipes, and this is a keeper. I added some extra pickles and threw in some pickle juice for more flavor. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home Annual Recipes 2008.

    Recipe #515063

I used cabbage instead of coleslaw mix. I also added some potatoes just because I like them. This is quite good. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home Contest Winning Annual Recipes 2009.

    Recipe #514734

I substituted some sausage links for the ham and green beans with almonds for the peas. I also used whipping cream instead of half-and-half. This was an easy recipe that is also quite good. Recipe courtesy of All You April 2014.

    Recipe #514733

This beats boring old tuna salad any day of the week. I have to confess I made it like a potato salad and added mayonnaise instead of olive oil plus some pickles (I'll post it as written). It was so flavorful and delicious. Recipe courtesy of All You, February 2014.

    Recipe #512658

I'm not a huge pancake fan, but these are delicious. I never would have thought of these ingredients together on my own and oh wow are they heavenly. I didn't have wheat germ so I left it out, and for the buttermilk I just throw a splash of vinegar into the milk--same thing. Recipe courtesy of All You, February 2014. If they're not all gone--put them in the fridge to eat during the week. They also freeze well to pull out for another day's breakfast.

    Recipe #512656

I needed to make cookies, but I didn't feel like it. I doubled this and used a white cake mix as well as a vanilla cake mix, and I threw the whole bag of chocolate chips in plus a lot of extra coconut. Luckily, everyone loved them. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home Fast Fixes with Mixes.

    Recipe #512654

I found this recipe in Food Network 1,000 Easy Recipes Super Fun Food for Every Day. This is very good. The amount of butter isn't listed, so I improvised. For the basil, it calls for a handful, and I figured it depended on the size of your hand (mine are child-sized) and your personal preference. Serving size is estimated.

    Recipe #512653

I skipped the bread crumb topping, but I must say I really didn't notice the beans other than this was more filling. Good stuff. Recipe courtesy of Spilling the Beans, Cooking and Baking with Beans Every Day.

    Recipe #512652

Flori says she sometimes serves this in taco shells with lettuce and tomato. I added a can of tomatoes and jalapeno peppers to the mixture for spice. This is a great vegetarian option. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home 2009 Annual Recipes and Flori Christensen of Bloomington, Indiana.
