    super moist, more dense than regular brownies. But rich and not super sweet. Use good quality chocolate!! Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done for extra sweetness. Also good with nuts mixed in!

    My grandma gave me this recipe. She got it out of Southern Lady magazine. It was kind of spicy when I made it, if you don't like spicy I would substitute the peppers for just a green bell pepper. Also, it calls for chipotle chili powder and I used just plain. Any white bean would be good in this, I substituted one of the cans of beans for a can of hominy and added a can of corn. The directions listed are my quick method of preparing this chili!

    All of the variations of this drink are delicious! But, as a Pensacola native, this is a bushwacker to me. This recipe is copied straight from my Coco Lopez Bushwacker cup before the writing wore off! This also seems to have ingrediants that are always on hand (or at least in my house).     I made up this recipe as I was cooking based on what ingredients I had on hand and my vision of shrimp and grits should be! It may seem like a lot of ingredients but most are standard household items and it well worth it! (Check the package of your grits for cooking time and just substitute milk for water.)

    My whole family loves Mexican food and a favorite dish is enchiladas verde from the restaurant. I began experimenting with a sauce to make enchiladas but discovered rolling corn tortillas was messy and they often broke apart.     This is a very hearty and tasty, good-for-you chicken recipe. I created this to break away from the tradition tomato sauces and Itailian chicken recipes. I use boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut to fit better in crock. The chicken gets so tender it falls apart and I don't have bones to fish out. I have made this with either wine and cooking wine, both are great, or chicken broth if you don't have wine handy. If you are trying to stick to a gluten-free diet, double check your canned ingredients for hidden gluten!
