I have not yet made this, but want to keep it in my recipes to make for future lunches. It has been recommended by others with very good taste.

    Recipe #156873

I plan to try subbing tortellini in this soup when I make it. Not yet tried, but recommended.

    Recipe #154491

To be used with my Crispy Fish Tacos, but it would have lots of other applications. This makes a lot of mayo...we used the leftovers to dip baked sweet potato fries the next day. Depending on your taste, you might want to up the chipotles and lime juice. We like things very punchy and flavorful, so I probably at least doubled both.

    Recipe #151550

Excellent recipe! This is so fresh-tasting and different. Use with my Chili Mayo (see in my recipes).

    Recipe #151549

An Alton Brown original. I have not yet made this, but plan to. These looked amazing on his show!

    Recipe #150705

Had this at a friend's house. Excellent recipe. Would also be wonderful with VODKA. :)

    Recipe #149709

Made this for Thanksgiving 2005. Excellent recipe! The fact that this is a tart recipe takes away the stress of making a perfect pie crust, since tart pastry is much more forgiving. We also LOVED LOVED LOVED the streusel on top of this! Excellent!!! From Fine Cooking magazine. (PS: Note that this tart is much better if it sits overnight.)

    Recipe #149706

Served these when my good friend visited last February. Excellent appetizer!

    Recipe #149704

Great healthy meal with crisp white wine. I left out the decorative elements to this dish (the artichokes, bell pepper rings and lemon wedges) due to lack of ingredients, but I'm sure they would only add to the yummy saffron flavor of this dish.

    Recipe #149703

Excellent cake! You would never know that this is low fat, but it is. Adapted from Chocolate & The Art of Low-Fat Desserts by Alice Medrich. Buy the book! It is well worth it. (PS: I ruin the healthiness of this recipe by using Mean Chef's Chocolate Ganache as a topping! LOL!)

    Recipe #149701

This is adapted from This is an amazing cookie dough--it is so easy to work with, roll out and cut into shapes. Also extremely flavorful--I especially love the addition of freshly ground black pepper! I added a bit more ginger and cloves, since we love spicy gingerbread. I did cut these into snowflake shapes.

    Recipe #147322

I created a modified version of this for dinner last night. This recipe is easily multiplied by 2, 3 or 4. The mayonnaise keeps well for about 3 days, and the leftover fish makes great sandwiches.

    Recipe #147320

This is an adopted recipe that looks wonderful, but I haven't actually tried it myself. The OP had this to say: "What could be more yummy for a luncheon or casual dinner than a grilled Panini sandwich? Super elegant and tasty artichoke filling gives this sandwich great flavor and color! My family and friends rave every time we make these. I invite everyone over and we have a Panini Grilling party, make your get in on the act too and love it!"

    Recipe #141919

Fantastic appetizer. Recipe by Tyler Florence.

    Recipe #117267

Have had a hankering for Thai shrimp curry, lately. This was slated to be my choice tonight, but alas, I only had one can of coconut milk! So I'm saving it here to make later. This came from a reputable source, though, so proceed without fear!

    Recipe #116156

    Recipe #116081

Adapted from "The Way to Cook," by the much-beloved Julia.

    Recipe #116079

I love brie and camembert, and have baked them on my own several times. I have never encountered an actual recipe, though, so here is one that approximates my own method. I have used raspberry jam, but I think that the camembert (or brie) stands well on its own! I serve this as an appetizer with crackers or pieces of toasted baguette. Yum!!!

    Recipe #116078

Good healthy eating. You might also want to add some lemon juice at the end, or just serve this with lemon wedges. I also usually add feta cheese. Enjoy.
