    To be used with my Crispy Fish Tacos, but it would have lots of other applications. This makes a lot of mayo...we used the leftovers to dip baked sweet potato fries the next day. Depending on your taste, you might want to up the chipotles and lime juice. We like things very punchy and flavorful, so I probably at least doubled both.

    Made this for Thanksgiving 2005. Excellent recipe! The fact that this is a tart recipe takes away the stress of making a perfect pie crust, since tart pastry is much more forgiving. We also LOVED LOVED LOVED the streusel on top of this! Excellent!!! From Fine Cooking magazine. (PS: Note that this tart is much better if it sits overnight.)

    Great healthy meal with crisp white wine. I left out the decorative elements to this dish (the artichokes, bell pepper rings and lemon wedges) due to lack of ingredients, but I'm sure they would only add to the yummy saffron flavor of this dish.

    Excellent cake! You would never know that this is low fat, but it is. Adapted from Chocolate & The Art of Low-Fat Desserts by Alice Medrich. Buy the book! It is well worth it. (PS: I ruin the healthiness of this recipe by using Mean Chef's Chocolate Ganache as a topping! LOL!)

    This is adapted from marthastewart.com. This is an amazing cookie dough--it is so easy to work with, roll out and cut into shapes. Also extremely flavorful--I especially love the addition of freshly ground black pepper! I added a bit more ginger and cloves, since we love spicy gingerbread. I did cut these into snowflake shapes.

    I created a modified version of this for dinner last night. This recipe is easily multiplied by 2, 3 or 4. The mayonnaise keeps well for about 3 days, and the leftover fish makes great sandwiches.

    I love brie and camembert, and have baked them on my own several times. I have never encountered an actual recipe, though, so here is one that approximates my own method. I have used raspberry jam, but I think that the camembert (or brie) stands well on its own! I serve this as an appetizer with crackers or pieces of toasted baguette. Yum!!!
