My mom has been sending me these healthy recipes lately, and this one was so weird I just had to post it. I don't have a food dehydrator but I may try to make these in the oven, just as an experiment. I think it sounds good, but I am kind of scared to mess it up! (Cook time==dehydration time, and prep time is soaking time for the oats.)
Another great, easy ramen recipe. I've used this a lot, especially when school is in session! Cheap, quick and I always have the ingredients around (unless I haven't been to the store for like a month :-) )
