"I've started experimenting with dry mixes adding them to hamburger to "perk up" the flavor, this is the latest! We felt like we were eating at a very upscale bistro cafe! Hope you try them before the summer is over, they are to die for! Enjoy!"

"This truly is a gourmet burger! I just put a single patty and the cheese on a bun. The pesto mayo really makes it too. Thanks, Wildflour - you have a great recipe here."
"Very Yummy! I actually put the pesto in the meat as well as inside the burger, and it turned our great! Loved the pesto-mayo!"
"I think the pesto mix I used was not very flavorful because I really could not taste it. I used "Knorr" brand from the grocery store. The provolone cheese was very good and putting it in the center was great. I'll try this recipe again with a different pesto sauce and see if it turns out better."
"These burgers are so tasty and smell good too. I used my homemade pesto in with the meat and with the mayo. They even looked before grilling. I put them in a grilling basket and they stayed together nicely. I served them on a multi-grain bread. I will be making these often. "
"Very good. I had to use ground turkey so I added an egg to the meat mixture, since the turkey is usually drier than ground beef. Burgers were great. I cooked them on a grill pan on top of the stove, due to high winds and rain outside tonight. Next time I will make exactly as recipe calls for. These are definitly a cut or two above a regular old burger! Thanks for posting...I was thinking that this would also make an awesome meatloaf..."
"Wow! Fantastic! We had these for dinner last night and everyone really enjoyed them. SO easy and the pesto mayo is wonderful. Only changes I made were to use 2 lbs extra lean ground beef (what I had in the freezer) with some extra provolone to compensate for the additional meat, and to cook in a grill pan on the stove. This made 4 very large burgers but my six year-old managed to eat an entire one himself. Thanks, peacefulnightdove, we'll be making these again!"
