"This is another quick and easy snack, appetizer, side to soup and/or salad. Don't skip the sauce! It really makes these tiny little sandwiches. The biscuits can be baked, split and buttered up to 24 hours prior to serving, just store in an air-tight container."
Serving Size: 1 (27 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 20
"Wow - awesome for breakfast! The honey mustard was fantastic - I will use this over and over again. I didn't do the filling exactly as stated, just used a slice of thick country-style ham. I'm so glad there are leftovers for tomorrow!"
"Mainly, I'm rating the dipping sauce ( and the overall idea). I used King's Hawaiian bread rolls, using the dipping sauce as a spread and ham slices as the filling. I cut each roll in half on the diagonal to form a bite-size triangle. I served these with more dipping sauce. Very good!"
"These were very good little sandwiches! I forgot to put the mustard on before I baked the biscuits, but they were still quite tasty. And you're right--the sauce really does make them. I think it's become my favorite honey mustard sauce! Thanks for a winner!"
"I made half ham and half turkey. Added lettuce and put the dipping sauce on the sandwiches as I was afraid the crowd I was serving would make a mess. Everyone loved them till I found a kid licking the honey mustard off of them and putting them back on the tray. Good thing there only a few left, lol."
"Easy and a nice addition to any hearty appy table. I made these for a fall work potluck as a side to some soups. I doubled the recipe, and made half with ham and half with turkey. I came home with an empty platter!! I like the butter spread a lot and will spread it a little thicker when I make again for us, but the amount is perfect for a large (picky) crowd, and the dipping sauce on the side works great!!"
