"This was a very good recipe. A great weeknight meal for when I have to work all day. I am not a big fan of pot roast in general, but this was very different. The sauce was delicious and the meat was too! I did not brown the meat before putting it in the crockpot, but it turned out great. The thing I liked most about this recipe is that it was made out of ingredients the I normally have on hand."
"I found the cider vinegar version a little strong and the dish too sweet overall. Unfortunately kids refused to eat it. I may have messed up by not cooking it with the vent open, but most pressure cookers won't time down until pressure is reached."
